With a new consulting service for production and process optimization, heroal offers fabricators tailor-made solutions for exploiting optimization potential in order processing, production and logistics. Contents include, for example, material flow planning, planning of machinery and production equipment, standardization of workstations, store floor management, production and inventory optimization as well as the digitalization of order initiation and the subsequent processing of orders.
