The aluminium system supplier will be exhibiting comprehensive system solutions for residential and building construction at the trade fair in Hall 9, Stand A12 under the motto “simply better spaces for life”. Visitors to the exhibition stand can experience the entire process live, from digital ordering to efficient processing to simple installation of heroal’s system solutions in a large workshop area. Depending on the desired degree of assembly, you can always purchase heroal solutions for roller shutters, sun protection and roller doors cut to length, as an assembly kit, or as custom manufactured elements.

Innovative sun protection systems

Modern residential buildings and structures need to fulfil the highest requirements for sustainability, security, comfort and design. At the R+T, heroal will be presenting innovations in the roller shutter, sun protection and roller door areas, as well as smart building control solutions that generate added value. The heroal C 50 curtain wall system will be a highlight at the exhibition booth, with the heroal VS Z corner solution and a building controller in cooperation with Beckhoff Automation. The textile screens used in the heroal VS Z corner solution provide efficient sun protection in corner areas (such as all-glass corners). To do so, the curtain is guided with separate end strips, both of which run in just a single cable guide. That means the screens can each be controlled independently. In addition, the company will be exhibiting other shade solutions that integrate harmoniously into the curtain wall with the heroal VS Z system, based on the streamlined heroal GR 25, a 25-millimetre guide rail.

Other new products include the box depth guide rail for the heroal VS Z system, which can be combined with fall protection from different providers, and other new products in the heroal VS Z textile assembly area. Thanks to our cooperation with system providers Exte and VEKA, the ready-made textile assembly can be used in different PVC top mounted boxes, as well as the newly designed insulation box systems from Exte and VEKA. As an alternative to the use of roller shutters and blinds, this provides the unique option of textile shading with box systems from both companies. In addition, the heroal VS Z EM clamp-on sun protection also offers flexibility when it comes to sun protection. The simple production and installation of this system will be demonstrated live in the workshop area of the exhibition stand.

Attractive new products in the roller shutter, roller door and smart solution areas

heroal roller shutter systems offer installers maximum flexibility, security and energy-efficiency. With functional optimisations such as integrated solar motors, and new variants for guide rails and end strips, heroal is creating all new possibilities for installers in this area. heroal is also creating attractive design freedom for roller door systems by expanding its available design options. The heroal SD coating technology is now available for custom designs such as wood, concrete or rust look products. The coating technology will be on display at the R+T in an eye-catching concrete look. It creates a harmonious and high-quality overall look, thanks to the option to precisely coordinate heroal roller doors with the surfaces of heroal window, door and curtain wall systems.
